A big volume space that offers a versatility in terms of decor. The Altman Building provide a basement adding volume to the initial room. Probably more than 200 guests can fit both of rooms.
Comfortable venue for the Windup Watch show. Stairs were a bit tight but sufficient for the traffic.

Nice clean and large event space. Needs better tables. Display table cloths can trip guests. Needs to have a better setup area. People are nearly on top of each other like a book fair.
Could have a better entrance area front for introduction.
Great venue space. I’ve worked here many times. They everything you need (including elevator) and it fits 100-400 ppl nicely
Playtime New York event was amazing and we were spoiled by the whole team during all 5 days. Total success. Can't wait for next winter season.
I produce events professionally and love working with The Altman Building. Not only is the space beautiful, but it's very thoughtfully and functionally designed to make the events run smoothly for everyone from staff to vendors to guests. Their in-house team is wonderful to work with as well. I would absolutely host another event there and would encourage others to do the same also.
